Youth Service Opportunities

The Boise WaterShed has many opportunities for kids to be involved in keeping our water clean. Check out the list of activities below:

  • Eddy's Fin Club
Join Eddy's Fin Club! It's fun and it's easy ... just complete a few fun environmental activities and become an honorary member of the club! Learn about ways you can help protect water quality in the Treasure Valley and be a Water Hero! After successfully completing the selected activities, participants will receive a cool award package! To get started, just download the Eddy's Fin Club brochure and you will be on your way! Good luck and have fun.

  • Service Learning
Groups looking for an experience that develops community stewardship and civic action may choose from a variety of suggested service learning projects. Contact our Environmental Educator for more information. We will work with you to find a project that fits your interests.  Possible projects include:
  • Scouts
The Boise WaterShed has programs available to assist Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts in meeting badge requirements. Girl Scouts can check out the EPA Water Drop Patch Project for information and then contact the Boise WaterShed to get started.
