Lessons and Tours
Lessons are offered by the Foothills Learning Center and the Boise WaterShed both on-site and in your classroom. Tours of the Boise WaterShed exhibit hall, wastewater treatment facility, and water quality lab are also offered.
Use the search tool below to browse through lessons by grade level or facility, or view our complete catalog. Please note that lessons are facility-specific; blue highlights indicate WaterShed lessons; green highlights indicate Foothills Learning Center lessons.
Please note: For offsite lessons (Your Place), Boise WaterShed staff will visit schools and organizations within Boise, Garden City, and Eagle city limits. The Foothills Learning Center is limited to visiting schools and organizations within Boise City limits.
Scheduling a lesson
To request a lesson, either submit a Lesson Request Form, or call the appropriate facility: Foothills Learning Center 208-493-2530 or Boise WaterShed 208-608-7300. For Hyatt Wetlands' lesson requests, you may either submit a lesson request form or contact the Boise WaterShed.
