Hoo, Hoo...Lives in Hulls Gulch? Book

Hoo, Hoo Lives in Hulls Gulch - front coverThe Jim Hall Foothills Learning Center’s (FLC) place-based book features poetry, art, photography and natural history celebrating the plant and animal residents and honoring the people who had the vision to protect Hulls Gulch Reserve. The 20-page hard-bound publication, printed in December 2013, is a colorful, fun and educational “read” for both children and adults.

It features the work of students guided by faculty from several local schools including:

  • Timberline High School
  • Dennis Technical Education Center
  • The Cabin’s Writing Wild and Writers in the Schools programs
  • Photographs by FLC Volunteer, Bob Ellis
