Home School Days

The Boise WaterShed is offering home-schooled youth an opportunity to experience engaging lessons at either the Boise WaterShed or the Hyatt Hidden Lakes Reserve! Youth will discover our amazing water environment and learn about water stewardship.

What you need to know:

  • Home school days run from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and are offered four times per year.

  • All classes are free, but you must register at least one week in advance. Contact us to register.

  • Classes are subject to cancellation, combination, or change of topic if fewer than ten are registered in either session one week prior to the scheduled class date.

Friday, July 21, 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Ages 3-5  -  S.T.R.E.A.M story time | 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. 

Ages 6 and older | Take a guided tour of the new River Campus. Hear the story of our watershed that artists have visually created. Students will complete a scavenger hunt and experience water play in our shallow simulated Boise River.
